Return Policy
We hope that you love your TPC purchase
Our TPC Makers work very hard to create quality, unique, handmade products.
At this time, we cannot accept returns. All TPC Sales Are Final.
Reporting a Problem with an Order
The PEACES Collective takes great care to package your items to ensure they arrive safely. As with all handmade items, variations will occur. However, if you received an item that is damaged or defective, items should be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. Visual proof of damaged items will be required. Please fill out the form below within 72 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item or store credit.
If you received an incorrect order, please contact us at Info@ThePeacesCollective.org within 72 hours of receipt of your package.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within an estimated 2-5 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or U.S. nationally observed holidays. A tracking number will be provided for all shipped items. Note, some shipping carriers are experiencing service delays. Please track your shipment for updates.

Additionally, TPC does not allow hate speech including racial slurs, violent, derogatory or demeaning language directed at a person or group based on their one or more protected group attributes or the refusal of service based on membership in one or more protected group.
