  • Do you have a brick and mortar store?
    While we occasionally pop-up, we do not have a brick and mortar store at this time. We are an online store. In a time of increasing automation, it’s our mission to keep human connection at the heart of commerce. TPC is a place where creativity lives and thrives because it’s powered by people over profits—we call it holistic retail. We help our community of Makers turn their ideas into successful businesses and connect them with buyer looking for unique and special gifts for themselves and others.
  • Are all items on the TPC Website handcrafted?
    Yes, the items on the TPC Website are handcrafted. TPC handcrafted items fall on a spectrum. On one end, the majority of our makers literally create their items with their own hands (or tools). On the other end, we have designers who engage outside assistance to produce the final product. TPC is proud to carry the products of multiple local makers as well as fair-trade artisan groups from around the world.
  • How do I become a Maker?
    The PEACES Collective is always seeking to engage with creative entrepreneurs. If you create handcrafted items and are interested in becoming a TPC Maker please contact us at Info@thepeacescollective.org. We can’t wait to discuss your ideas, innovations, and creations!
  • Can I make donations to The PEACES Collective?
    Yes, you can use the “Donate” button on our website to make a monetary donation. The PEACES Collective is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to using art, creativity and service to help build thriving communities through economics and education. Our relationships with our customers are more than transactional and go beyond financial exchanges into multi-directional community investment. With every dollar you donate to The PEACES Collective, you support dignified economic, social, and educational opportunities for communities.
  • How do we track our items?
    A tracking number for shipping will be provided for each purchase. You can track your shipment with tracking number provided with your selected carrier for updates.
  • When can we expect to receive our items after purchase?
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within an estimated 2-5 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or U.S. nationally observed holidays. A tracking number will be provided for all shipped items. Note, some shipping carriers are experiencing service delays. Please track your shipment with the tracking number provided with your selected carrier for updates.
