Jessica Lightbourne, PCC created the Bermuda Coaching Network in 2017. As the Network’s CEO, she is committed to spreading awareness in Bermuda about the power of coaching and the impact it can have on one's personal and professional life. Jessica loves what she does and has worked with people from all walks of life as a Success and an Executive Coach. As a former attorney in both Canada and Bermuda for large organizations, Jessica used her innate sense of visioning, ability to lead with a coaching mindset, and her strategic thinking expertise to support other professionals with leveling up their leadership skills. When working with Jessica as your success coach, two things will happen – you will move out of your own way and release your inner powerhouse! Your mindset can be your own worst enemy, and it’s her job to retrain yours to think and act in line with what’s important to you. Jessica is most passionate about using her gifts to create sustainable change in several areas, including women's empowerment, community building, creative arts, and healthcare. Working with creative, innovative, and community-minded people brings her joy and satisfaction. Jessica has lived in the UK, Spain, Canada, and Cuba – and through these experiences, she has grown a passion for creating cultural competence wherever she goes.
