Our Panelists:

Originally a New York native, Cherie Harris is now based in Los Angeles after relocating from Atlanta, GA. Her long career in the corporate sector began with her first summer job at only sixteen. In 2019 she decided to leap out on faith and start her dream business Corporate-Concierge, utilizing her 25+ years of experience and skillsets to pour into startup businesses and help entrepreneurs thrive. She provides Business Coaching, Corporate Trainings, and marketing services. As well as personal development programs to build self-esteem, and tools to help you manifest the ideal life you desire. She believes and teaches that “You CAN have it all”.

Jessica Lightbourne created the Bermuda Coaching Network in 2017. As the Network’s CEO, she is committed to spreading awareness in Bermuda about the power of coaching and the impact it can have on one's personal and professional life. Jessica loves what she does and has worked with people from all walks of life as a Success and an Executive Coach. As a former attorney in both Canada and Bermuda for large organizations, Jessica used her innate sense of visioning, ability to lead with a coaching mindset, and her strategic thinking expertise to support other professionals with leveling up their leadership skills. When working with Jessica as your success coach, two things will happen – you will move out of your own way and release your inner powerhouse! Your mindset can be your own worst enemy, and it’s her job to retrain yours to think and act in line with what’s important to you. Jessica is most passionate about using her gifts to create sustainable change in several areas, including women's empowerment, community building, creative arts, and healthcare. Working with creative, innovative, and community-minded people brings her joy and satisfaction. Jessica has lived in the UK, Spain, Canada, and Cuba – and through these experiences, she has grown a passion for creating cultural competence wherever she goes.

Reginald Jackson, PCC aka Coach Reggie is a United States Marine Corps veteran and served on active duty for more than 20 years. His military experience is the foundation of his leadership development expertise and marks the genesis of his commitment to coaching. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, Coach Reggie’s clients range from emerging leaders to senior executives in the public and private sectors. He has an innate ability to quickly zero in on what will elevate the coaching experience from transactional to transformational. Creating a space for reflection and introspection allows for life-changing results that impact the client, their team, and the organization at large, inspiring them to become change agents at work, at home, and in their community.

Along with earning a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and an MBA (with a focus in project management), he’s currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational and Industrial Psychology, specializing Evidence-Based Coaching. Coach Reggie has authored articles featured in Recruiter.com, International Coaching News, and Noomi (an online service for coaching). He is sought after as a workshop facilitator, panelist, and keynote speaker.
