REV. DR. E. FAITH BELL has over 30 years of fitness experience. She has taught for-profit (FitwithFaith LLC) and was a former contractor to military bases in Europe and nonprofit organizations (locally, nationally, and internationally. Her aim is to give you the best quality instruction to enable you to be your best you! Her certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine – Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutritionist Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Practical Applications for Corrective Exercise. Athletics & Fitness Association of America; Group Fitness Instructor, Functional Aging Group Exercise Specialist, Sunrise Yoga, and Both Sides Up Ball – BOSU) – Skills and Drills for Small Group. Sardi Nardini Fit & Fierce club, Yoga Shred Zumba; Zumba Fitness Level 1, Sgt. Ken’s Boot Camp 1 Instructor, Functional Aging Specialist and is currently involved in Tai Chi certification.

JANA LONGis the executive director of the Black Yoga Teachers Alliance (BYTA), an organization she co-founded to offer a space for black yoga teachers to find support and community. She is also director of Power of One Yoga, LLC, a community-based wellness center in Baltimore, MD. Jana is an experienced yoga therapist and educator with experience as an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant, meditation facilitator, Master Gardener, and mentor. Her primary focus is the therapeutic application of yoga to inspire and empower people 60 years and older to cultivate peace of mind, vitality, and to connect in community with a range of practices specifically focused on the full spectrum of aging and wellness. Jana has traveled extensively and has learned and studied yoga with teachers and scholars of diverse lineages and cultures in Africa, India, and Central America to support her personal practice which spans 50 years.
AUDREY MUHAMMADis a writer, educator, fitness instructor, and inspirational speaker who believes women are the epitome of beauty, class, and intelligence. As a fitness enthusiast and instructor, she has authored two books and one audiobook dealing with fitness and spiritual health. Her book titles include: Get Fit to Live: Be Your Best You!, The Sisters’ Guide to Fitness and the Get Fit To Live audiobook. She encourages women to “Be your best you!” because everyone wasn’t meant to be a size 2!
Her other books include: How to Set Worthy Goals and the best-selling book, Rhymes of the Times: Black Nursery Rhymes. She is also the publisher of the inspirational Virtue Today Magazine, which is a magazine based on Proverbs 31. Her magazine has featured: Erykah Badu, May May Ali(daughter of Muhammad Ali), Dr. Ava Muhammad, Dr. Jewel Diamond Taylor, and Iyanla Vanzant.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, writing, and conducting motivational workshops on goal setting, fitness, developing our mindset. She has presented workshops all over the U.S including Los Angeles, Detroit, Houston & Chicago, IL as well as internationally in London, England. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in English from Bowling Green State University. CHARLENE MARIE MUHAMMAD is a traditional healing practitioner, who focuses on supporting clients with a practical application to optimal health by using the healing tools that she has grown to embrace in her own personal life: herbal medicine, nutrition, and yoga.
Charlene is also an early childhood educator and childbirth Doula. A graduate of Cornell University, Charlene holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Herbal Medicine from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is a Licensed Dietitian. Charlene is also a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IYAT) and serves as Secretary to the Black Yoga Teachers’ Alliance Board of Directors.
Charlene Marie Muhammad is a wellness practitioner, who focuses on supporting clients with a practical application to optimal health by using the healing tools that she has grown to embrace in her own personal life: herbal medicine, nutrition, and yoga.
Charlene has practiced yoga for over 30 years and is a E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance since 2007. Ms. Muhammad serves as a 200-hour yoga teacher training lead trainer for Love Yoga, a Black-owned studio in Hyattsville, Maryland. She also facilitates YTT200 and YTT300 core requirement workshops for various Yoga Teacher Training schools around the country.
Ms. Muhammad served as the yoga interventionist for the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Disease (NIAMS): clinical study Yoga as self-care for arthritis in minority communities (NCT01617421). The Clinical Study assessed the feasibility and acceptability of providing yoga to an urban, minority population with arthritis.

WILL MYERS, JR. has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist for the last 15 years, now living in sunny Tampa Bay Florida. He specializes in helping busy professionals achieve optimal health without spending hours in the gym or struggling to adopt a difficult diet. His program teaches you how to be effective in your Nutrition, Strength, Cardio, Flexibility, and most important Mentality.
Will's newest venture has been to transfer his complete system to an online, on-demand and impressively effective 90 Day Transformation. His community meets 1-2x a week on a coaching call as well as interacts daily in the team's Facebook group. Will says, "I actually feel way more involved in my clients' progress now, even though I am no longer holding in person sessions. My education videos can be replayed over and over, while the same goes for my walk-through workout videos. My system gives people the support they need, while also giving them the space to learn on their own. Everyone learns differently and I use multiple techniques to cater to each member of the team".
