In our last fitness discussion, Keep It Moving: Staying Fit for Life, we learned a number of various activities, methods and techniques to support us in our everyday lives. Perhaps you even set out on a journey of establishing new fitness routines with us! If you are still on that journey, it’s time to celebrate how far we’ve come and give ourselves a big pat on the back. Keep it up, you are doing awesome! But if you fell off the wagon, don’t worry.
