About the Event

In our last fitness discussion, Keep It Moving: Staying Fit for Life, we learned a number of various activities, methods and techniques to support us in our everyday lives. Perhaps you even set out on a journey of establishing new fitness routines with us! If you are still on that journey, it’s time to celebrate how far we’ve come and give ourselves a big pat on the back. Keep it up, you are doing awesome! But if you fell off the wagon, don’t worry. Take this opportunity to reboot and join back with renewed energy. You are strong, and you are amazing!
